Abstract

It is our great pleasure to invite you to the 8th International Eurasian Conference on Mathematical Sciences and Applications (IECMSA-2019). This event will be held on August 27-30, 2019 in Baku, Azerbaijan. We are pleased to inform that this conference is dedicated to the 100th Anniversary of the first university of Azerbaijan-Baku State University. We believe that this fact will make IECMSA-2019 more attractive and exciting. Baku is the capital of Azerbaijan which is an important and the largest country in the Caucasus region of Eurasia. Baku is also the cultural, educational, economic and political center not only in Azerbaijan and also in the region. It is a highly developed modern city, the surrounding villages still remain untouched and archaic. It is built on hills overlooking the Caspian Sea, in the east of the country. Ancient foundations, a large area, and population all make Baku one of the oldest and largest cities in the East. Baku State University is the oldest University in Azerbaijan that was established in 1919. IECMSA-2019 will be held in cooperation with Baku State University after the following seven very successful international conferences; IECMSA-2012, Prishtine, Kosovo, IECMSA-2013, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, IECMSA-2014, Vienna, Austria, IECMSA-2015, Athens, Greece, IECMSA-2016, Belgrade, Serbia, IECMSA-2017, Budapest, Hungary, and IECMSA-2018, Kyiv, Ukraine. This conference is supported by Sakarya University, Baku State University, International Balkan University, Firat University, Tekirdag Namik Kemal University, Kocaeli University, Amasya University, Gazi University, and Turkic World Mathematical Society. The main aim of this conference is to promote, encourage, and bring together researchers in the different fields of Mathematics by providing a forum for the academic exchange of ideas and recent research works. The conference will present new results and future challenges, in a series of keynote lectures, contributed short talks, and poster presentations. The presentations will be given in English. The peer-reviewed abstracts of all accepted presentations can be published in the conference abstracts book. Moreover, accepted and presented proceedings at the IECMSA-2019 will be published in the Conference Proceedings of Science and Technology (CPOST).
